To add records of your purchases directly into the “Digi-ledger”, click on the + sign next to the most appropriate icon that represents the expense you’d like to input. Click through the sub-icons till you get to that which most closely describes your expense. Click directly on the line of text to have it transferred to the data input section on the right. Proceed to fill out the form. Always include the Quantity. Use the Comments box to keep brief notes or reminders. After hundreds of entries you'll find it most helpful when pulling the Simple or Detailed Reports.

After you’ve made your entries, you can get Economic Intelligence on your household spending pattern by running your Detailed Reports and “Simple Reports”. Both can be found under the Reports section on the menu.
